Helen +1

Is it spring yet.
We are going to take advantage of this warm weather and do a work out called Helen that calls for 3 rounds. I am going to kick it up a bit and add an extra round.


The WOD 4 rounds for time:
400 meter run (I know you will enjoy this Chris)
21 Kettle bell swings

12 Pull-ups
