The winning team from Thursday gave me the exercises they wanted to see programed into this work out. This will be another team event. As requested we will do NO/NO burpees today.
The WOD: AMPAP 20 Min
Team will consist of two members. One member will execute knees to elbows until the second team mate completes the following
10 Kettle bell swings (scale weight as needed)
Lunge 15 ft
10 Med Ball slams
Lunge 15 ft
Relieve team mate. Do knees to elbows until team mate relives you.
