I have learned some new skills over this weekend. I would like to thank Mr. Jeff Martone for an outstanding two days of demonstration and instruction on the Kettlebell. We will be implementing more Kettlebell work into our WODs. Observable, Measurable, Repeatable. Now grab a kettlebell.
The WOD:7 rounds 10 Squats.10 Vertical leaps.10 Kettlebell Russian swing.10 Burpees just for fun.
